Too bad half of our troops slept in today (rain and daylight savings meant only the seriously committed rose to the occasion!). We had a special challenge in Cross Training Revolution this AM: a Tabata Burpee contest! Most burpees in a Tabata round went home with a free jar of Alpha Recovery Plus to prevent sore muscles and reduce inflammation. The winners might need it after this workout! Booya!
