This is a plank-row with one hand on a whole body vibration Power Plate and one foot / leg supported with a freeFORM Board to facilitate a single leg tuck. While of the course the lats are being worked, it’s a whole body exercise with a substantial metabolic demand and requires both movement control and core stability.
