shoutout to the person who, when asked by Siddig in his zoom meeting “what do you call your Garak doll?”, replied “I call him a
bitter old queen”
For rowdy Yasha fight times I love Karen O, Trent Reznor, and Atticus Ross' cover of Immigrant Song. Classic barbarian with great female vocals.
We’ve had Immigrant Song sent in for Yasha before but WOAH, this cover is AMAZING and I love the intense female vocals (and, I think, how much faster it is than the original, and emotional?) I think it works fantastically as a battle song for her.
Come yell at me about songs that remind you of Critical Role — but please note that there’s a long delay in responses! (Playlist | song spreadsheet & masterlist by disasterhumans | CR music tag)

MOLLY THAT WAS GAY
PINNING. AGAINST. A WALL.
IT’S SO GAY

AWWWW THAT’S ADORABLE OH MY GOD ;___; that’s such a pure, wholesome dream
♫ + Yasha!
I’m still getting to know Yasha, so this was tougher than I expected. I think I like certain elements from both Iron and Psalms 40:2 (sometimes with Molly included in the picture, sometimes not), but we’ll see if that continues to be the case as we learn more.

tbf I had a similar problem with Interview with the Vampire, which read as though it were written by one of the peripheral members of the RP I was in at the time, right down to the flowery prose and insistence on everything and everyone being tragically beautiful. I barely got twenty pages in before I gave up because it made me so impatient
it just goes to show that if you want to enjoy a book you should never read anything even slightly similar to it on the internet
