🇬🇧 Little update: the weather is absolutely shit and there is no good light to take pictures. But, even if the light was good I’m just not feeling it. Bookstagram I mean. This happens to me all the time 😂 and yes, I’ve been reading both Tender is the Night (which so far is shit) and Middlemarch for #middlemarching. I’m almost finished with book 4 but I’m taking my time with it. At the same time, I’m watching Jessica Jones. I have 2 more eps and although enjoying it, I prefer season 1 a lot more 💁🏻‍♀️ • • • 🇪🇸 Foto random porque el tiempo es un poquito caca y no hay buena luz para sacar fotos. Tampoco es que tenga yo muchas ganas la verdad. Osea que aquí estoy para hacer un update de mis lecturas. He empezado Suave es la noche y me está pareciendo una mierda, así hablando fino y voy a empezar el libro 5 de Middlemarch y por ahora bien pero es que esta señora escribía muy denso y yo necesito tiempo. También estoy casi acabando la segunda temporada de Jessica Jones y tengo que decir que la primera me gustó más. tbf I had a similar problem with Interview with the Vampire, which read as though it were written by one of the peripheral members of the RP I was in at the time, right down to the flowery prose and insistence on everything and everyone being tragically beautiful.  I barely got twenty pages in before I gave up because it made me so impatient

it just goes to show that if you want to enjoy a book you should never read anything even slightly similar to it on the internet

Exactly!! i was hoping mid-late twenties at the least, but 22 ?? both twins supposedly had careers that were p much ruined by alec’s AI research, and had trouble getting back into their fields after that. they both have to have enough experience to be on the pathfinder squad at all.

🇬🇧 Happy Friday! I’m still reading the same books of two weeks ago but I’ve made quite a lot of progress with Middlemarch for #middlemarching and I’m not halfway through book 7. Tender is the Night however continues to be shit and I’m thinking of DNF it. I’m just waiting to be halfway through it to make a decision.
