Ingredients: 200g chicken breast, thinly sliced. 200g chow mein noodles. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 onion, sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 1 bell pepper, sliced. 2 cups cabbage, shredded. 3 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce. 1 teaspoon sesame oil. 1 teaspoon ginger, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. Sliced green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, cook until fragrant. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned. Add onion, carrot, bell pepper, and cabbage. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender yet crisp. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir well to combine. Add cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. Garnish with sliced green onions. Serve hot and enjoy!
