Ingredients: 4 vegan bagels, halved and toasted. 1 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, sprouts.
Instructions: Soak cashews in water for a few hours. Add almond milk, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder to a food processor. Mix until it's creamy and smooth. Add salt and pepper to the cream cheese to taste, and change the flavors as needed. Put a lot of vegan cream cheese on each half of the toasted bagel. Add your choice of toppings, like sprouts, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, or red onion. Serve right away and enjoy!
