For National Burger Day, I would highly recommended trying the alkaline electric ahealthycrush recipe that was featured on the Bobo Cooks youtube channel entitled, Best Believe its Vegan (Season 2) episode 6: Wild rice "ground Beef" with Chef Crush Foster. This vegan burger patty is gluten-free, soy-free, mushroom-free, and most important filling and delicious. This is also great crumbled on salads. My first introduction to the #DrSebiLifestyle was with @ahealthycrush via social media. @Kellykeelo and @crushfoster bring great energy and recipes into the #Alkaline space. Here is a #repost from the #crushfoster Instagram page with one of my favorite dishes #MockTuna” aka #vegantuna using #chickpeas instead of tuna. I have purchased every book from #ahealthycrush and most of their products.
