Don't think about how Kirby probably had to edit the finale of Saturday Night Dead by himself. Don't think about how Kirby was never mentioned to have any other friends or even a family, and probably saw Ned as a father figure if not at least a mentor figure. Don't think about how Kirby clearly cared a lot about impressing Ned and didn't want to let him down. Don't think about Kirby not having proper time to grieve Ned because everything was falling apart so it probably didn't even hit him until he was editing that final SND episode that he really wasn't ever going to see Ned again.

I was talking to @mcfif about summer vibes in Kepler and suddenly the idea of Billi the goatman with floaties popped up in my head and wouldn’t leave me. And then Dr Harris Bonkers, Aubrey, Hollis and the Cryptonomica found their way onto my canvas as well.

pigeon is actually the granddaughter of victoria, who owned the cryptonomica. victoria is a family name (her mom’s name is vicky), and as such she came to be called pigeon so as to differentiate them all. her grandmother was estranged from the family because of kepler’s suspicion around the cryptonomica, and that’s why the shop didn’t go to pigeon (or her mom) when she died.
