"Suite: Judy Blue Eyes" - Foxes and Fossils (Live - 2010)
Prepare to be blown away. Seriously. This 'family' band had a total of two rehearsals, this was the opener of their first public performance, and the earth stood still. This is a seriously difficult song that even CSN&Y themselves couldn't get right at Woodstock yet F&F nailed it.
Scott King, the bass player, was the only professional musician in the band and his inventive, melodic playing made a drummer unnecessary. Sadly he's no longer with us but the band has progressed and enlarged and continues delivering the goods.

Alb. "Déjà Vu" (1970)
This astonishing LP was released on March 11, 1970. I bought it immediately. I’ve owned it in LP, CD and MP3. I don’t think I ever studied an album cover as much or as closely. The first notes of Carry On immediately take me back to my bedroom in 1970. I was very fortunate to see them live at the Atlantic City Speedway with Santana. Mind blowing show. This is still one of my all time favorites.

“I arrived at the CSNY show after it had started. En route to our seats, I heard music playing through the speakers and I thought it was a recording of the band. Once seated, even though it looked like nothing was happening on stage, way in the distance, it dawned on me that the band were actually playing on stage.
I was invited to go back to Quaglino's after the show and somehow I'm playing somebody's guitar - it certainly wasn't mine - and we were having a jam. Heaven only knows what we were playing. I'd assume that we were all totally inebriated and enjoying the moment.”

David Crosby And David Gilmour. We sang together, we played together and had great times together.
I'll miss The Croz more than words can say.
Sail on. Rest In Peace David Crosby. 🎧🙏💔
