Re Batchi as a transgender man. I thought she was just saying that (I'm not a tomboy I'm a man) in jest. Playing with the assumption people have that butch's just want to be men when in reality she's a butch lesbian. Idk, that's my reading on it. I hope it's clarified more in the show. I love Batchi and Wila!!

That’s a really good point though.

I was honestly unsure if i should put whether Batchi is trans or a butch lesbian. From what they gave us though it seems like it that Batchi is a trans man. But if you really think about it, would they be able to pull it off? Like, was that their intention in the first place?

I mean for one, the actress playing the character isn’t trans. 

A lot of people, even the cast have referred to batchi with she/her pronouns.

The philippine’s hasn’t quite gotten the concept of gender identity and it’s issues such as misgendering. I mean this country’s still pretty hung up on the thought that being a cisgender is the norm and that there are only two genders.

So yeah, i really do hope that the show gives light to that bc it would be super rad to have an accurrate and great representation for the transgender community out there. But until we get a solid confirmation though, from what I take, Batchi is trans.We all love Batchi either way though!!

Maybe you guys can hit up one of the writers or producers?? Let’s find the answer!!!

Bacon Gouda, no bacon

Not usually an issue, but this morning, I did let her know that we now carry 'just egg and cheese' as an option for our non meat eating customers. She said she didn't like the bread. I proceeded to ring her up, and when it was time to pay, she says, 'aren't you going to discount the bacon since I'm not getting it?!' I politely told her that to keep our inventory counts accurate, I have to charge her for the sandwich she's getting, regardless of the lack of bacon. She then snaps at me and tells me, 'the other Starbucks does it!!!' And then throws her gold card at me. Have a wonderful day, and we'll C U Next Time!

Hahah, yeah, maybe! I hadn't thought about it, but I don't like being cryptic. Stuff happens and I sort of flail around and want to tell someone, but I love SQ too much to not be superstitious about it, just in case, lol.

Wait so is this episode worth watching?

Depends, I guess. It was criminally lacking in Regina and full of Hook and Neal fighting over Emma like a piece of meat. But they were portrayed as childish and Emma was fed up with them, and chose neither. Not the best episode ever, not the worst either. The scene with the candle completely made it worthwhile to me, I think it's gonna stick as one of my favorite SQ moments ever actually, despite Regina not even being there.
