a break from work...which is what I'm doing by writing this post 💕. Seriously though, I had so many fun posts and things planned for this past week in honor of my blog turning one. But work interfered...much like it has for weeks. It's taking too much of my brain real estate right now, and I don't like it.

The Johan/North book since I binged all of the episodes available of the newest installment of Fourever You the other night instead of sleeping. No regrets though. Apparently, that show (or its vibes) was exactly the itch I needed scratched right now.
currently watching:
oops. already answered this one. Unfortunately, precious little at the moment (for me). See problem #1. I did watch the first episode of Dare You to Death and Peach Lover. Still watching Dr. Stone with my offspring. I watched DMD Friendship and have a lot of feelings/thoughts on that. But in general, my watchlist is growing and falling behind by the day 😭😭😭.
currently playing:
I played a round of PlateUp with my daughter the other day. Considering playing some cooking roguelike a colleague recommended. I get to see a fair number of games on any given day in my house though 😂 - V Rising, Vermintide, Timberborn, Valheim, Wobbly Life, Minecraft, Rocket League. I've seen each of those on either my husband or an offspring's screen in the past 2-3 days. Oh...and middle child is on a Villainous kick (board game) so we're playing a round of that most Sundays currently.
