Get a small wooden box, chains and lock.

Find broken glass, rusted nails, barbed wire, pins and/or anything jagged and sharp.

Get Graveyard dirt from within the cemetery. Older areas are best.

Get your enemies photo and scratch out the eyes, ears, nose and mouth. Use the pins and stick them in the photo without tearing it up too much. Or find a small personal item of theirs. Printing out a photo is easier. But using both is better.

Write out a spell of what you want to happen to them. This part is personal for you so actually work on it. Make a copy of it.

Put everything in the box except the copy of the spell. Lock the box and burry it deep.

Draw or wear a pentacle to focus your energy. Lite some candles and incense to relax yourself. Clear and your focus your mind, speak the spell you wrote, feel it, want it, will it, repeat it several times, then burn the spell.

Then you play the waiting game. If you have enough power to put behind the spell you just cast, something should happen. Be ready for it.
