So I tried to order again last night. No dice. Not with Amazon or with Morrisons through Amazon.

The entire tone of the conversation was “I don’t care, it’s not our fault, and you must be an idiot”
This is seriously enough to drive me away from Netflix after sticking with them through the growing pains, server issues, and years. I could have seen the hack as a one-off event if support had been efficient, or even halfway polite for that matter (I don’t expect everyone to be as friendly as Amazon, for example), but the utter indifference, arrogance, and condescension in the conversation were mind-blowing.
