Dinner tonight~ Mushroom, pork mince, courgette, garlic and onion pasta 😁 (187 calories/ Step 3 The 1:1 diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. . Ingredients: 50g onion, 2 garlic cloves, 72.5g 5% pork mince, 80g courgette, 97g chestnut mushrooms, 30g 0% fat Greek yoghurt, pack of slim pasta, 56g tenderstem broccoli . Method: Finely dice the onion and fry gently in spray oil. Meanwhile; rinse the slim pasta under cold water, slice the courgette, garlic and mushrooms. Once the onion is soft add in the courgettes and garlic, and put in the chunks of pork mince; cook for around 5 minutes. Then add the mushrooms and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove the vegetables & pork mince mixture from the heat. Then cook the slim pasta for around 5 minutes. Once cooked add the mixture back into the pasta pan and stir in the Greek yoghurt.
