No one takes my cyberphobia seriously :(

They see me freak out and cry over Simple computer tasks and don’t think it’s a phobia. They ask me “why don’t you just add your account” (for example) and I tell them “because it scares me” and they act like I’m joking. Someone asked me if I had any phobias and when I said cyberphobia they said “ok, but do you have any real ones?”

I never even ask for help with computers, I just wish someone went “Thats rough buddy” AT LEAST

This is ableism.
