So yeah, this was lost media for a while.
This music video has been living rent free in the heads of my sister and I for nearly 20 years.
It’s a Flash animation collaboration from good ol’ Newgrounds, set up by Gerkinman, if anyone still remembers him. It was supposed to be sweet little thing of trying to bolster unity and solidarity in a community that was starting to fracture from petty in-fighting (at least, based on the message at the end, I never saw any of that I was a middle schooler back then)
Seeing this does make me wonder where they’ve all gone and what they’re doing these days. If I hadn’t accidentally found Rubber Ross (RubberNinja in the video) a few years ago I probably wouldn’t have been motivated to track this down.
