Day 37 of celebration year! It’s chopsticks and lame duck day! Chopsticks were invented over 9000 years ago in ancient China eventually to be adapted all around the world. They were first used for cooking and prepping food, later to be used to eat with. Typically made from bamboo. Today we should acknowledge and learn about the 20th amendment also known as the lameduck amendment. A lame duck, typically known as a politician today is someone who currently holds office but will not be re-elected so it reflects upon the time in between leaving that position. It’s #nationalmissingpersons day reminding us that over 2300 people go missing in the United States every year. Let’s be grateful of what we have and be aware how to reduce in our community. Next, as a fun mention, it’s #feedthebirdsday reminding us to feed the birds and any friendly animals we like in our community and backward during the winter.
