neku and beat both seem like anti social assholes to people who don't know them – and they are at first! but both have a sweet side that only you get to see!

beat likes to act tougher than he is, but he absolutely has a soft spot for you (as well as for neku)!

beat is initially the one who's more affectionate, especially towards you

but after dating for a while, neku becomes more comfortable to show his affectionate side as well and shower you with affection!

neku even becomes more clingy than beat! both boys are touch starved, but neku far more than beat

beat and neku are mostly affectionate towards you, instead of each other

everytime beat does try to be affectionate with neku, neku playfully tease beat and flusters him so much that he comes running right back to you!

neku and beat both need time to warm up to this relationship, but once they're fully comfortable, you're often seen cuddling together and being affectionate in public

neku and you are the only people that beat lets him call ‘daisukenojo’, but only after neku and you used it for months to tease beat with it!

but neku and you don't get off the hook easily either! beat always teases neku with the nickname ‘phones’ while the boys come up with new cringey nicknames for you regularly

all three of you are able to joke around with each other and be silly, but there's one topic beat is completely serious about and allows no jokes whatsoever: rhyme!

beat needs neku and you to get along with his sister! it's easy to get along with rhyme, as she's very kind and a big supporter of the three of you

but if rhyme didn't approve of neku and you, beat would've never dated you! he might love you two, but rhyme is his family and she comes first!

so until the three of you get married and start your own family, neku and you have to settle on being a close second place when it comes to being beat's favorite person…

Haha, sometimes I have days where I ship them, and sometimes I just don't.

It's kinda like... it's hard to really define the relationship I want for them? I think I'd agree to most anything by now because their interactions and dynamics are interesting in almost any kind of relationship.

Hip Snake: Are you a nostalgic person? What are you nostalgic for? What are your favorite memories?  Dude I am super nostalgic literally 95% of my time is spent thinking about happy memories or good dreams I had instead of doing stuff I should be doing. I have a lot of trouble staying in the present and not the past. Things that make me really nostalgic for some reason usually has to do with the lighting outdoors?? Like a lot of my happy memories had a lot of sun or were just generally bright so sometimes if the light falls in a certain way on a certain place it'll just remind me of a certain memory. The really obvious favorite memories of mine are of the two trips my family made to Disneyland. The first trip I just remember being overcome with a sense of curiosity and wonder and happiness. That trip was when I first became enamored with animatronics and robotics in general, they were amazingly lifelike, and some of the tricks they used (such as the Pepper's Ghost illusion) kept me baffled for years afterwards. As for the second trip, I can't really say what my favorite part was. It was everything I wanted it to be and more, and I was just sad I didn't have more time. I guess if I absolutely had to choose, a favorite part of mine was when I got a highfive from El Dormouse after the last Mad T Party set of the night on 12/28/12. I told my parents I'd go back to the hotel afterwards (I was flying solo that night) and I was basically skipping back down to the bus terminal afterwards I was so happy. It was kind of embarrassing though because I could hardly contain my flailing and I caught up with my dad in time to ride home with him and I just really didn't want him knowing about my thing for the Dormouse at all. Really though I had more fun in one night at the Mad T Party than I'd had in the last eight years combined. One last favorite memory of mine is the time I'd spent at my grandma's while my mom was going through her second heart surgery and my sister's birth. I spent a month and a half at her house and she was so kind and caring and I think the time we had to bond then is part of the reason we're so close now.

D+B: Are you motivated? Do you have the drive to complete your goals? Is there something in particular motivating you?  I used to be really super motivated to the point of crying if I didn't do things perfectly but some time during the end of last school year I just became a lazy unmotivated fuck for some reason or another. No, they seem too far from my reach. And there's a lot of them. And they all cost money. And I'm broke. orz

Lapin Angelique: Are you going through a rough time at the moment? What's bugging you?  Not in particular, I don't think. I've been a little lonelier than normal, but other than that, my happiness and self confidence have risen a bit and I've been feeling pretty good about myself. If anything, the only thing that bugs me is missing California and the occasional existential crisis.

Pegaso: Do you like the people in your life at the moment? Do you wish you could remove certain people from your life, or alternatively replace them?  I couldn't be happier with the people I have right now. I feel super lucky to have been able to connect with everyone on here and irl and even though I feel lonely sometimes my friends are always there for me. uvu The only people I could think of replacing are the teachers at the high school with teachers from the junior high. Except my english teacher. He's awesome so he's more than welcome to stay.
