- A petition to ban Donald Trump from the UK reaches five million signatures. It fails to change anything, but the Liberal Democrats and the Greens lead a protest of over a million people through the streets of London.
- Trump says he loves the English people but he’s not so keen on the Pakistanis and the Welsh.
- Ed Balls has a massive argument with Rachel Reeves on Good Morning Britain. He is accused by Centrists in the Labour Party of being “a traitor” and “a bad husband”.

Jess is a pirate who washes up on shore and Andy finds him
Slim wants nothing to do with the ‘pirate trash’ but Andy and Jonesy convince him to take him in
Slim and Jess hate each other at first but eventually they come around
Something happens and Slim, Andy, and Jonesy are forced to leave the lighthouse and join Jess on his ship that he bought with Slim’s money, a fact which he manages to keep from Slim for many years
Jess is the captain, Slim is the first mate, Jonesy is the cook, and just for the heck of it Jess names Andy the quartermaster
They go on adventures helping people in bad situations and occasionally having run ins with other pirates
When Andy grows up Slim makes the decision that he needs to go to school to make something of himself. Andy objects and Jess is against it too but they eventually come to see Slim’s side
Jonesy decides to go with Andy to school to keep him out of trouble
Slim and Jess spend their times sailing the seas and eventually start a relationship
One day when they’re docked at a port an orphan, Mike, stows away and they don’t realize till they’re miles out to sea
They agree to let him stay on board just as long as he does his part, which he agrees to
Soon Slim and Jess come to the realization that Mike needs a female role model around, like a mother, that will teach him manners and such
They come across a half sunken ship and find a woman on board, Daisy
She agrees to stay on their ship and help Mike with his schooling and manners, etc.
Slim and Jess reveal their relationship and Daisy and Mike reveal that they’ve both been knowing about it for a while, to the shock of both men
They get word to Andy and Jonesy and sail back to the old lighthouse, where Jonesy officiates Slim and Jess’s wedding
Andy manages to talk Slim out of sending him back to school, because he hasn’t learned anything besides how to be a proper gentleman and how bad pirates are since he got there
Jonesy goes back to being the cook and Daisy helps him sometimes when she’s not schooling Mike
Andy and Mike become quite the chaos duo and barley a day passes when someone isn’t having a prank pulled on them
Slim and Jess grow deeper in love with each passing day and Slim always says a prayer of thanks that Andy talked him out of leaving Jess to die on the beach that day
