Absolutely adore DAEMICENT✨

The AU possibilities their union could create in fanfiction makes me salivate…there’s sooo much potential drama to play with…political, familial, romantic. There’s so many ways it could go and I love thinking about it. Sometimes I even end up writing those ideas down😅

Blood Of The Dragon Headcanons:

1. Daemon unlike Viserys isn’t constantly pressuring Alicent into having children. After she nearly died at Driftmark giving birth to Gaemon and Gael, and Rhaegar was born stillborn. Daemon insisted on a waiting three years before they had more children.

2. After seeing her mother nearly die giving birth, Alyssa was more determined to bring awareness about the dangers of childbirth.

3. Daemon loves his children, but isn’t hesitant about disciplining them. He won’t tolerate bullying, and hates it when Aelara bullies her youngest sister, Rhaella.

4. After Baela went to foster in Sunspear to be with her future husband and soulmate Oberyn Martell, Daemon had people keep watch over her and her dragon.

5. Daemon is happy about teaching his daughters how to sword fight, but isn’t hesitant proud of Rhaella for wanting to learn archery.

6. Alicent enjoys reading to her family, and Daemon plays with her hair.

7. Daemon almost had a heart attack when Aerion and Aemond went missing for four hours, but calmed down after they found Visenya’s secret lair where she practised alchemy, magic and astrology.

8. Daemon mourns his three children, Daemond, Gaemon and Vaelaera who died. Daemond was killed by Aerys Velaryon and Lucerys Strong, while Vaelaera died in childbirth. Gaemon was killed by assassins sent to kill the royal family.

9. Viserys is bitter that Daemon and Alicent get along better with his youngest daughters, Jaehaelle and Elaera by Aemma.
