It was a rainy day in Gravity falls, Inside the Mystery Shack, Dipper was looking at his journal to check out the next mystery creature that will show up. He currently has one Mabel Watches outside As the rain pour outside. "Ugh I'm bored!" Mabel says blowing raspberries. Dipper closes the journal and stands up looking around. "I guess we can go out. Grunkle Stan is Currently out fishing" He holds his sister's hand and putting on their hoodies they walk out the mystery shack. Mabel kicks a few rocks on the way and They soon walk into a Diner taking a seat at the booth. "Aww hey lovelies!" A southern voice says. A woman with a pink coat and skirt with makeup walks over holding a note pad her one eye was closed. "Lazy Susan! It's been awhile!" Dipper says excitedly. Mabel gives Susan a hug and smiles "We haven't seen you since freshman year!" Susan laughs. Her Texan accent showing "Oh I missed you too. Your grunkle and I are Expecting Someone" She rubs her stomach. Dipper Nervously chuckles and Mabel looks at Lazy Susan in awwe "You are pregnant?!" Susan laughs and smiles "Yeah! I'm hoping to tell Grunkle Stan when he comes back from his fishing trip!" The twins nod and Soon after Lazy Susan takes both their orders. As she leaves Mabel leans back on the seat laying down entirely, She blows raspberries again. "Sophomore year and not one boyfriend!" Dipper Face palms "That's because I won't let anyone near you" He mumbled.
There was a reason for that. Most of the guys at school thinks with their Dicks. Kyler from Art class always puffing paint, Jake smoking. None of the guys at school so far fits Dippers standards. The Rain began dying down outside And Lazy Susan gives them both their plates. Mabel sits up and pokes her Eggs while Dipper starts cutting his waffles. "So what's the deal with you and candy?" Dipper stops cutting the waffle and winces. "We are no longer Together" His eyes began to shift. Mabel gasps "Oh she told you! She's moving to another state?!" Dipper nods and The Diners front door opens, It was Wendy followed by Robbie. Robbie was holding Wendy's hand and Dipper scoffs, His crush since he was a child is going back to her Ex? Unacceptable! Mabel shakes her head "Yeah Tammy and Robbie didint work out for some reason" She turns to her twin brother and reaches forward, Holding his hand.
Dippers face began to heat up. Why is he blushing while holding his sister's hand? Mabel oblivious let's go of her brother's hand and began eating her eggs, and drinks her smoothie. Dipper smiles walking to Wendy "Hey it's been awhile!". Wendy smiles at Dipper "Hey Dipster how are you n Mabel Aww!" Wendy stands up hugging the twins, Robbie stands up with his girlfriend Wendy and punches his own hand. After the hug Wendy smiles "My cousin is Having a football game. He's Around your ages so you wanna attend?" Dipper was about to Reject to invitation but Mabel Eagerly accepts, Wendy cheers and The twins along with Wendy and Robbie walks out the dinner and Lazy Susan walks out the kitchen yelling "You forgot to Pay!"
The walk was Nostalgic and Refreshing, Since coming back after School Mabel and Dipper was happy But something is Strange about Robbie. He holds Wendy close while the four of them continues to walk. They soon Arrive to a School called Gravity High and into the Football yard The yard was big As it is a football stadium but The railing and walls was painted gold. A Man with deep brownish skin Yellow short hair and green pupils wearing a Red jersey walks up to the group sweating, He hugs Wendy and smiles at the group. "Names John You must be my cousins friends" Dipper smiles offering a hand "I'm Dipper and this is my twin sis-" His words was interrupted as Mabel stares at John in Awe she began to drool "Oh your hot Asf" John raises a brow and Dipper pulls a fist behind his back clenching it. "Right. Well nice to meet you both. I need a second quarter back the last one broke his legs" He points to the grass field where a Man with orange hair was pulled into a stretcher. "I'll do it!" Dipper smiles. He'll show Mabel that he's the man. He's better than anyone. John and Dipper both walk towards the gym Room, Mabel leans against the railing and Robbie scoffs "Break a leg pipsqueak!"
Dipper takes off his shirt and John Throws the brown haired boy a jersey. "Let's Destroy them over there" He puts on the jersey Pines 6 and a shirt beside him Pines 12. "Yeah my cousin had that made.. well I made it but still" John blushes darkly. Dipper smiles at John "Hey Dude where are you from I hear a Mexican accent" John stretching his legs looks up at Dipper "Sonora born in Raised" He puts on his Helmet and Runs out the gym Room "Nos vemos en el campo, pastelito!" Dipper chuckles putting on his helmet and Runs After him "Right whatever you said"
Mabel continues watching the game Dipper and John's Team scoring,John pushing one player while Dipper dodges being tackled. She bites her bottom lip and Wendy Sits beside her "So it's been a few years. What you both been into?" It's been awhile since Mabel had any girl Talk Aside from their mom Candy moved and been busy getting into college. And Pacifica has been busy with her boyfriend. She looks over at Wendy and smiles "Oh the usual solving mysteries. We found out there was a cannibal gnome last week that ate people's toes" Wendy winces looking down at her shoes "Glad they haven't gotten to me" Mabel nods and looks over at Robbie, The man was smoking a cigarette while watching Dipper and John play. They scored another touch down. "So what made you go back to Robbie?" Wendy sighs and cross her legs. "He came to my house while it was raining My dad Was pissed. He was crying telling me Tammy Dumped him and that he couldn't go on. So we got together and things has been peachy. Plus we have unresolved feelings" Mabel shakes her head but groans "Lucky you I'm still looking for Mr right. Maybe I can date your cousin he's hunky" Wendy nervously chuckles, John shoves a 6 foot tall player away as he runs "Yeah he's a cousin removed. His family makes a mean Taco" The crowd including the girls Cheer. After a score of 20 vs 9 Johns team wins, He takes off his shirt showing his tanned Abs and green nail polish, Dipper takes off his own shirt He has a bit of a belly which makes Wendy giggle Robbie smiles kissing Wendy's cheek "Babe can we go home?" She gently pushes him off "No thanks Hun not now" He scoffs and the boys walk upstairs Mabel smiles walking to John giving him a piece of paper.
"Here's my number" She skips away out the stadium and John awkwardly puts it in his pocket Dipper smiles at him "Great game man" Dipper Pats johns back, As Dipper walks away Johns eyes bore into Dippers back. And he looks back at the number being given to him. "What a interesting Day Pine Twins" Wendy walks to her cousin with her clingy boyfriend Robbie. "Always A hit with the ladies" John Rolls his eyes sipping his water "I'm not interested"
Dipper and Mabel Enters Grunkle Stan's car buckling up, The old man began the drive and Dipper smiles along with Mabel "Someone's been busy" Grunkle Stan raises a brow "Yeah fishing" Mabel giggles and She lays her head on her brother's shoulder, closing her eyes. Dipper blushes faintly. His sister's scent is just alluring, she smells like strawberry Cheesecake. Probably the snacks she stole from the diner. The ride home was Quiet and peaceful.
