I know nothing about makeup or lighting
Or any of the myriad of skillsets that go into making TV shows.
I am wondering why sometimes on Leverage: Redemption, Brianna (Aleyse Shannon) looks like she's just about to turn green?
Is it just my computer settings?
Does the foundation have an undertone that's undetectable under studio lights and on certain cameras/monitors, but something gets lost in translation by the time it airs?
How many different lighting types do they test when they do screen tests for the actors' makeup and stuff -- or is that a thing?
I rarely wear makeup. When I do, I'm always afraid that what looks decent in my broke-people's-housing situation will look bizarre out there in brightly lit public spaces.
Anyway, I adore Ms Shannon. I love her performance as Brianna and I'm thrilled that her beautiful vocals had a chance to shine. I'm just not sure about how well the makeup department was doing.
