Oh, Jay's husband. Doris and Ernest's father. Phoebe and Daisy were publicly very upset when he started dating another woman very shortly after Jay passed away. I don't remember the timeline, but it was much sooner than seemed appropriate from the outside. On top of that, after Jay passed, he seemed to be having some sort of breakdown and was doing a lot of drugs and sent inappropriate messages to Lottie, saying some weird shit about how she wasn't really related to him, so it was okay. It was all really awful. He posted a big confession on IG, and then I guess he deleted it.

I don't know if anything has changed, but last I looked, it seemed that the Tomlinsons had completely cut him off, and they have a relationship with Doris and Ernest through Dan's wife.

How do you know that Dan is limiting Doris and Ernests contact with the Tomlinsons? They still show up sometimes in Christmas photos and such. And when did he remarry? I havent heard anything about him at all since Jay passed away.

Dan Deakin has been married to Emily for years. They have a little daughter called Elsie.

The Trashlinson sisters post photos of Doris and Ernest every time they meet up, and this only happens at Christmas and then one or two other times a year. Recently, they've had to blur Doris and Ernest's faces as per Dan and Emily's wishes.

Hi nonnie, a multitude of things have happened after Jay's passing, that must have upset the Tomlinsons.

I think Dan acted insensitively on many occasions after Jay's death. The fandom just noticed that things were off. Dan moved on fairly quickly and I believe his sister happened to post a pic of his new partner playing with the baby twins. Phoebe expressed her disappointment openly back then.

Mind that this was shortly after Dan had sold the house they all lived in, and Phoebe and Daisy went to live with their grandparents.

It must have been a very vulnerable time for them, plus they were still so very young.

so according to this article Jay was Dan’s wife’s midwife at the time, and helped deliver their stillborn baby. A few months after the delivery, Dan left his wife Elaine and moved Jay & the girls into his house. Apparently the then ex-wife was absolutely heartbroken, and felt it was inappropriate how much Dan and Jay flaunted their relationship online. X

And seeing how his wife he married after Jay’s passing is also divorcing him now bc he sexted his stepdaughter (yes, one of Louis’ sisters) and admitted to it publicly, as well as to his drug abuse, it seems to me he is anything but a good character. I’m glad the girls and Louis still have Mark.

Groupies are pretty much super fans that follow the band around, go to as many shows as possible and hang out with the band, and often times have relationships/sleep with members of the band/crew/friends. The term was popularized in the 80s I think, and was particularly popular among rock bands.

This is what Google says:

The term groupie is a slang word that refers to a fan of a particular musical group who follows this band around while they are on tour or who attends as many of their public appearances as possible, with the hope of meeting them. 

Troy is Louis’ biological father. He doesn’t seem to have a relationship with him. He left Louis and his mom when Louis was very little. Then Jay met Mark, who is the father figure Louis grew up with, and who he refers to as his dad. Mark is the father of Louis’ sisters. Jay and Mark split in 2011. The little twins’ father is Dan Deakin who Jay married in 2014.

Tammi is Briana’s mother. Brett is Briana’s step-father, and biological father to Austin who is Briana’s half-brother. Ashley is Briana’s cousin.
