Dan is so used to your company
And he loves spending time with you and he misses you so so much
You often did things together and he really notices your absence then
When he’s eating, when he’s watching a movie, anything
Missing your comments or even your laughter

However, he knows he can still talk to you and he does!
You speak on the phone almost everyday, as much as you can
Granted, you both are busy and can’t always do so
But whenever you’re free you catch up on each other’s lives

You text a lot as well, sending each other selfies and memes
Dan will literally send you anything that mildly reminds him of you
Sometimes you think he wants an excuse to text you, which is pretty cute
He also goes visit you sometimes because he misses you so much
Do go back too, but you’re so busy that can’t do it as often
And when you’re actually together again he hugs you so tight
Sure, he might brush it off after and say an excuse
Like ‘it was so hard to put up with Phil without you’
When in reality he adores Phil and he just missed you
Or ‘yeah, I missed your memes’ or something stupid like that
But even if he’s kind of joking, you both know you missed each other
