🪖: I didn’t want this to be dinner and a movie. So after pottery, I signed us up for waltz classes. Kennedy loves to dance, and I figured I could use the practice before the wedding, which was just 3 short months away. We would be married in May, in the height of spring. I couldn’t wait to make her Mrs. Owis-Prescott.

Ren jaune you two should to a strip teases fir the girls

Yang lifts her boyfriend’s scroll and sees the message. Choking back a little sob she forwards to the group.

::chime::

Weiss looks at her screen and smiles sadly.

Jaune: “Scroll?”

Weiss: “Yes Jaune, a scroll.”

Jaune: “What’s it say?”

Weiss: “That you and Ren should do a striptease for all of us.”

Jaune: “You would all really enjoy that.”

Weiss: “Yes, we would.”

Jaune: *rubs the back of his neck* “I’ll have to be taught how to dance again.” *he sees Weiss’s shocked face* “I needed things, to survive. In case you all looked for me. Somethings cost little, like a hug or story. But somethings cost more. Like memories…”

Weiss: “Oh, Jaune…”

Jaune: “I never gave them us, or the Octuple. Capitol ‘O’ Ruby insisted.”

Weiss: “Of course you didn’t. You knew we needed you.”

Jaune: “I don’t, I don’t think that’s true.”

Weiss: *gets up from the log she’s sitting on and walks up to him. After taking the wood axe and tossing it aside she takes his hands in hers* “Your hand will be on my hip, here. My hand would go on your shoulder but you’re so blasted tall.” *she adjust his hands into a basic starting position*

Jaune: “Weiss? What’s going on?”

Weiss: “Well you need to relearn don’t you? This is the footwork for a simple boxstep…”

Ruby: *looking through the kitchen window decides to not call the two in for meatloaf quite yet* “Hey, Pyrrha?”

Pyrrha: “Yes, dear.”

Ruby: “Can you tell everybody inside that…”

Weiss: “AAAAAAIIIIHHHHEEEEE!!!”

Six lovers run to the backyard to see why one of their own has screamed…
