I just spent over a whole hour ranting about how the dandebi anime did Shiki dirty. I’ve watched his episode more times than I can count. He’s so volatile that you just get net zero information in the end

He has no basis for a romance with Ritsuka. The "I am you, you are me" line from his song turns out to be a damn lie. Who wrote this man?? I just wanna talk I need an explanation

Is he a frustrated masochist? Is he such a big sadist that he ended up going full circle? Does he like tormenting people because he likes it, so why wouldn’t they? Is it supposed to be some sort of post-fall aftermath, he hurt people so now he gets a taste of his own medicine??

Why did he get angry when Azuna tried to exorcise him? Are only certain people allowed to hurt him? What is "Then you’ll be the one screaming" supposed to mean? Why are Mage, Urie and Rem okay but not Roen?

And what’s his thing with lies?? In the rose scene he says he lied when he told Ritsuka to leave him alone, then tried to kill Azuna for lying??

This guy is my favorite but I understand nothing about his motivations

Why is he set up from the intro to be closest to Ritsuka, the only one on equal ground, then get no connection to her??
