I proxy ordered the Celebration Box version of it from CDJapan, it is currently sold out unfortunately :(
A second printing is in the works for just the novel, per the Japanese FFXV twitter.
The translated English version of the novel is still currently undergoing translation at this moment per the FFXV twitter.

5 - Paragon, Renegade or neutral?
It depends on the game - my Shep started off as a Paragon, but got a lot more reckless after she lost everything in the beginning of ME2. She just didn’t care much anymore. In ME3 she’s starting to feel better though which brings back her Paragon side. So all in all I’d say she’s a Paragade.
17 - Your favourite character overall?
Kaidan Alenko. He was my first Bioware romance and will always be special to me. But I also just love his character in general - he’s brave, caring, selfless and supportive.
33 - What’s your favourite alien race and why?
That’s a tie between Drell and Salarians. I find it fascinating how the Drell’s memories work and I also think they’re just super pretty. For the Salarians I might be biased cause I love Mordin. Sounds like I just can’t give you a proper reason, I’m just the most interested in those races :D I have a soft spot for Hanar as well.

Yes! I did get scared for a bit of time as I never flew before in my life and its a 13 hour flight or a bit more and kinda expensive :’D ....But I decided that i really wish to go and meet with friends I am talking to for i think nearly 2 years now x3x!
Just yesterday I send out an order to restock on a few Charms that ran out of stock as also some of the Gaster double Charms i once made and a few Standees!But I wont have many of them ^^~I also will print some pictures I haven’t before, but havent decided which ones yet :O
