I hate nougat, but the stickers from nesquik bars are one of the most pleasant childhood memories. Btw I was originally a fan of Quicky, but Dino (Danonino) has undergone some design changes, and now I really like him too. Also, Dino doesn't have a limited palette of clothes, unlike Quicky, so it's easier to style him. I plan to introduce a few more characters into their universe.

Global dairy firms recall baby formula over toxic contamination fears

Three of the world’s largest dairy companies, Nestlé, Danone, and Lactalis, have recalled large batches of infant formula after detecting cereulide contamination – a toxin that can cause vomiting, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramps. The contamination has been traced to a single Chinese supplier of ARA (arachidonic acid) oil, a critical ingredient in premium infant formulas. Lactalis was the latest company to announce the recall of six lots of its Picot infant formula brand, distributed across 18 countries. Affected batches have been on sale since January 2025 with expiration dates up to March 2027. “Upon receiving this alert, and in parallel with the analyses requested from the supplier of the ingredient concerned, LNS (Lactalis Nutrition Santé) immediately initiated testing through an accredited independent laboratory to assess the potentially affected products”, the Lactalis said in a statement. The company added that it fully understands that this information may cause concern among parents of young children and that, at this stage, no complaints or reports related to the consumption of these products have been communicated by the French authorities.

めーっちゃ久々にビオじゃない普通のダノン！

プレーン加糖のレビューを最後に載せたのは2014年😳

10年以上食べてなかった可能性がある。

ダノン

創業者であるアイザック・カラソー氏が、息子さんの「ダニエル」の名前をカタルーニャ語読みの「ダノネ」でローマ字に置き換えてつけた会社・製品名。

最初は腸の疾患に苦しむ子供達のために、お医者さんを通じて薬局でヨーグルトを販売していらっしゃったそう。

1919年にスペインのバルセロナで世界初のヨーグルト工場を立てたって公式サイトにあるんやけど、日本ではチチヤスさんが1917年にヨーグルトの工場生産が始まってたはず👀

「工場」の定義にもよるのかなぁ。

スペック

ヨーグルトの基本、「ラクトバチルス ブルガリカス菌」と「ストレプトコッカス サーモフィルス菌」の2種類で発酵させたプレーン加糖ヨーグルト。

（ちなみにダノンビオはビフィズス菌を含む5種の菌）

ブルガリカスがさわやかな香りやキレを作り、サーモフィルスが舌触りを作るそうな。

ブルガリカスやサーモフィルスにもいろんな株があるんやけど、ダノンヨーグルトに使われてる菌株はダノンさんしか持っていない菌株とのこと。

乳脂肪分はカットされてて、植物油脂が加えられてる。

カルシウムの吸収を助けてくれるビタミンD入り🦴

積極的には謳われてないけど、原材料をチェックしたらビタミンB1も加えられてた👀

蓋が破れやすいので要注意。

ヨーグルトは凝固してて離水あり。

「ダノンビオ」の場合はヨーグルトが柔らかいから蓋裏にも分厚く付着してしまってるけど、「ダノンヨーグルト」は固まってるから蓋裏の付着がほとんどない✨

すくってもしっかり固形で、練ると粒感が残る。

なめらかな「ダノンビオ」とは系統が違ってて、こっちの方がヨーグルトらしくて好き。

「ダノンビオ」はAIがおいしそうに描くヨーグルト、「ダノンヨーグルト」は現実のヨーグルトって感じのビジュ。

無香料やけどほんのり甘さを感じる香り。

酸味をしっかりめの加糖で丸め込んだような甘さ。

背後に隠しきれない酸味の片鱗を感じてキュン。

かなり甘くて、どこか粉っぽさを感じる風味あり。

加糖プレーンやのに風味付けしたかのような雰囲気を感じるカジュアルテイスト。

練ると軽すぎて一瞬でなくなっちゃうから、練らずに固形で食べたいタイプ。

朝食のお供にぴったりなボリューム😋
