Ingredients: 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, at room temperature. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/2 cup toffee bits. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat the softened butter and granulated sugar in a sizable mixing bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Beat the butter-sugar mixture thoroughly after adding the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt in a different bowl. Mixing until a dough forms, gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones. Toss in the chopped walnuts, toffee bits, and dark chocolate chips, distributing them evenly throughout the dough. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough, about 2 inches apart, onto the prepared baking sheet using a cookie scoop or your hands. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are set on the outside but still have a little give in the middle, in a preheated oven. After taking them out of the oven, let the cookies cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
