This is a dark eyed junco (Junco hyemalis), these were around in large numbers during the winter, but they've been gone for a few months now. Summer vacation in Canada probably. When I posted photos during the winter, people from the north would often say that they can't wait from them to return. I guess they are a harbinger of Spring.
This photo is a bit disappointing, there was too much noise that ended up costing texture in the finished product.
