Design notes:

This version of Devastator might either be an faculative quadreped, or a faculative biped. Walking and standing on his hind legs and running/galloping or crawling on all fours

He still has the vortex grinder

He can speak unlike RoTF Devastator, but whilst the voice uses all of the constructicons, it's mostly Dirt Boss due to him being the 'leader'.

Short comic based on my favorite part of the book Expedition, by Wayne Douglas Barlowe.
