♡: …O-Oh, my hand? It’s perfectly fine! Huh? The rest of my body is also — Don’t worry! This happens more often than you’d think… Xen! Where the hell are you?!
☆: The embrace of silence was haunting at first. But now… it’s rather enjoyable.
At first, I was afraid—thrashing, screaming, begging and pleading for someone to hear me.
But in the end, I was always alone.
And eventually, I grew silent once more.
The only constant in my life was the aloneness.
It was… suffocating.
But then I wondered:
If I just took a breath—let the silence in—
would it really be as awful as I’d imagined?
It… wasn’t.
The chilling cold I once feared felt warm against my skin for the first time.
I let the depths take me in, and now, they are home—because I’ve never had one.
So I began to paint this nothingness with my strange, unwanted colors.
From them, creations bloomed, stitching themselves together until the emptiness transformed—
An ever-expanding pocket of worlds and paths.
All waiting to be finished, to be explored.
All born from my hands.
And though each creation is painted with a color of me,
There is one in particular made in my likeness—because she is me.
We are simply two extremes of one whole.
Which means… I don’t get to sleep when she’s up all night worrying.
☆:Inspired by the comics from Colorful Stage, I thought it would be cute to make some of my own little comic scenes. It feels like a good opportunity for you guys to learn more about us — and potentially others in the future.
♡: Does it ever scare you—watching time move forward?
At first it was a trickle. I waited, painstakingly for each drop to fall… until there was a cadence. A rhythm. Something that, at one point, might have even felt pleasant.
But then it turned into a stream.
Then a flood.
And while I struggled to keep my head above the rising waves, time just kept moving, not even sparing a glance in my direction.
It terrified me—the way my time slipped away, displaced like some insignificant piece of trash, left to sink under the weight of the current.
But I’m more than that…
I will be remembered.
And maybe… on some impossible day… you’ll find me at the edge of the universe, carving an unbelievable path where time no longer exists—
Because I’m absolutely sick of being controlled.
…Anyway, sorry. I know it’s late. I’m probably keeping Ava up with all this nonsense. I should really try to get some sleep.
