what a perfect opportunity to say bethesda has blessed us with many things but none so beautiful as the return of @riotgeared ?? boog and keaton are both so wonderful, the writing is such a perfect new vegas - esque balance between serious themes and not taking itself too seriously, and like, as a poor unfortunate soul who plays fallout games on console without mods, just getting to see screencaps and stuff of better versions of the wasteland / settlements / etc always revitalises my love for the universe. what a five star blog.

tony had made a few changes ever since he’d become the director of shield. they weren’t big changes, if anything this was the bigger one on the list he’d made himself. the plan was to recruit new people, people that needed mentoring, people that could help shield and others who he just couldn’t quite explain but wanted on his side. tony knew that might cause an uproar with a few fellow avengers and workers in shield but it was his now, so he got to do things his way. 

he’d been going through the files one at a time with not a whole lot of success but he was hoping for a little more luck this time around. he’d got enough information about the guys whereabouts so he figured to use a little personal touch and turn up on the guys door alone. on arrival he knocked once and then took a step back, hands going into his pockets as he waited for an answer.

         *           CLASSICAL MUSIC FILLS THE BALLROOM WITH LILTING STRING NOTES.  the woman on nevada’s arm sways as he leads the dance step by precarious step.  it isn’t until green eyes rise to stare at the entrance that he stops,  another dancing pair bumping into the two and sending a glare their way.  he knew that man.  he was sure of it.  the woman is abandoned  —  not without protest if the way she curses his name is any indication  —  and purposeful strides carry him to one agent draco.     

          “  well, well. didn’t know they let snakes in fancy places like this.  ”           a false grin,  more a snarl,  stretches across thin lips.          “  don’t tell me the big bitch let you off her chain for once.  ”
