Date application

Taking out the tray from the fridge, Killer checked if the chocolate had hardened. It looked like it, just as expected. He quickly arranged the chocolate covered strawberries on his finest plate and then made his way to you. He knew exactly where you were, he'd made sure that you would be here at this time after all.

"I made these for you, Lemon." He presented you the plate with five nice and delicious looking strawberries, covered in chocolate. Two with milk chocolate, two with dark chocolate and one with white chocolate. Of course ther were more in the fridge, he just didn't want to risk the chocolate melting off of all of them before you got to taste them.

Sitting down next to you, he went silent for a few moments, as you tried the strawberries. He wasn't a man of many words and when he spoke, he was direct and sometimes even blunt. "Does cooking together even count as a date?" He asked.

The only thing that came to his mind when thinking of going on a date was at a restaurant, picnic, dining at home, shopping, walking in in the moonlight or just a walk alongside the beach. All the classics from novels and observing couples on the islands they passed. He didn't know if other things could count as being on a date too. Maybe he could learn from you.

"I wouldn't mind some help cooking either way." Where would this lead them? He didn't know, but why not give it a try? You were interesting enoough for him to want to see where this could lead you.

The wind was roaring in his ears, as the phoenix flew through the clouds. Up here, where the birds ruled, was when Marco felt a freedom he couldn't find elsewhere. The sea, his home and the sky gave him each their own version of freedom and he greedily took them.

After a few rounds, he landed back on the Moby Dick, elegantly as a swan. Talons turned to feet and legs, the blue flames that engulfed his body, turned into that of a man. The head of the phoenix was soon that of a man with a tuff of blond hair and lastly, Marco transformed his wings back into arms.

With a smile dancing on his lips, Marco went inside to get his dirty cup - one he'd used the night before - from his room, before heading to get a new one filled with his favorite morning brew - coffee. It was then he spotted the letter on his desk, neatly placed next to the cup. picking it up, he read it and then smiled brightly.

Without missing a beat, he grabbed the cup and headed to get his coffee, before he found you already in the galley with breakfast.

"Good morning, Ray." He greeted you, as he sat down next to you. "So about the application. We're going to anchor at an island a little later today, so why don't you help me restock quickly and we can spend time on something more fun? Like a dinner and ice cream on the beach, yoi."

Izo was used to people wanting to go out with him - mostly due to his elegant appearance, which always made him capable of going at the most fancy places, not matter what. So when he read your letter, he wasn't really surprised, though he had to admit it was definitely a new way to ask him out.

He wasn't interested in cooking for you on the first date or let you cook for him. He was more than satisfied with what Thatch cooked for him or what he could get at the restaurants. Besides, cooking always meant cleaning and he was not in the mood to clean anything on a first dateor let you clean things. A first date was meant as a mean to get to know each other better.

Rising from his chair, he unwrinkled his kimono. Giving himself a last glance in the mirror, he left his room to go and find you. While he didn't mind recieving your application, he was a man that liked to talk face to face if possible.

Gracefully he glided over to you, once he found you. A calm smile danced upon his red painted lips.

"Rya-mun." His voice was deep and smooth, indicating he was in a good mood. "About your application. I've decided to give you the opportunity to get to know me, as I do want to get to know you better. So I was thinking of collecting a few favors and have a dinner with you in my room tomorrow evening. I hope this work to your favor."

Do they like to cuddle? Saki loves hugs from people they like! Will often initiate them herself if she knows the other person is comfortable with it, or ask for one. So cuddling is top quality time spent together!

Can we make-out? Yes, given a little privacy - too shy if there's other people around.

A night in or dinner out? A night in, far cozier and comfortable and with all the possibilities one can think of =)

Ice cream or strawberry: ...Both? Sweets will buy you Saki's heart. When in doubt, strawberries in chocolate!

Would they cook for them? Would love to try, then despair over probably not being very good at it, and go to one of the three dishes she knows she can make taste good: pancakes (with whipped cream, honey, fresh fruits, melted chocolate), spagetthi bolognese or pizza.

Would your muse let me cook for them? Absolutely, but only if she can help! She wouldn't want to make somebody do all the work for her.

What makes them a good date? Saki is easily entertained (flat jokes? will laugh like an idiot; slightly dirty humor? same;); is a good listener and ready to break silences with weird animal facts (like how koalas are cute but DUMB, because evolution made sure their brain is tiny enough to not bump against the skull when they fall out of trees); is respectful of others and their boundaries and happily will accomodate their wishes. (Is very very flirt-handicapped, though; like, really bad because she flusters easily and doesn't know how to properly flirt). Okay, now I think it worked. =) Thanks a lot again!

This was too good to be true. It had to be a joke, right? There was no way you could be serious about wanting to go on a date with him of all people here. He wasn't worthy of this, of you. Why would you even be interested in him? He was a good-for-nothing man; who shouldn't even be alive.

A heavy sigh left Ace, as he stared at the application. What if this wasn't a joke? What if you were sincere and wanted to go out on a date with him? Would it hurt to go out on one date? Should he be selfish for once and allow himself one date with you?

"Wht do you have here?" Thatch snatched the application out of Ace's hand, before he knew of it. "Oh. Dang, lucky you, Ace. You know what, I do think I have some strawberry-chocolate ice cream in the freezer. Why don't you find Saki and ask if she wants some? It's that easy." The cook proclaimed, knowing his brother and friend well enough to know how much anxiety this gave the younger male.

Blinking, Ace took the paper again, as Thatch handed it to him. He opened his mouth to protest, but couldn't really find any words. Asking you if you want some ice cream was innocent enough and what if the two of you would end up eating it in his room?

"Yeah. Okay. You better have some ice cream." Ace threatened, as he put the application into his shorts and strolled over to you. Thatch laughed after him and headed to the kitchen to await the two of you.

"Uhm, Saki. Would you like some ice cream? I think Thatch got some with strawberries or chocolate. Maybe both?" Ace asked as casual as possible, though his cheeks was definitely red and his eyes flickered lightly around.

The letter had been delivered by a child, who hurried away as soon as X Drake had it in his hand. Blinking after the child, he stood there, wondering if this was the new way to rely secret missions or orders. Maybe it was even new informations he should take in account during his deep, deep undercover mission.

Luckily no one else had been around, so he put the letter in his jacket and headed back to his 'home'. Once alone, he took it out again and started to read it, confused t first, then flustered, before he calmed down enough to think it through.

You were actually discrete in asking for a date, it was a fun way to go about it. Not just simple line, but actually a little more information bout what you could offer and what you would like. His eyes went back to the make-out line and felt his cheeks heat up. You actually was thinking about that?

Shaking his head to focus on how to respond to this. It would be nice to have one day to himself and he was sure he could manage to get time off. It would take some time though, and he wasn't sure you would wait that long.

What makes you a good date?: Im not sure if I understood this right but I would be a good date because: I am able to hold endless converstaions and chatting about the most pointless things to the meaningful things, im not judgemental so around me you can be yourself, i am geniunely interested in you and getting to know you.

and in case i understood this wrong, a good date would include: lots of talking and getting to know eachother better, being silly around each other (it´s a sign of trust for me if you are able to be goofy around the other person <3), then sharing a first kiss and maybe holding hands, leaning on eachother and just enjoying each others company!

Kizaru was no stranger to letters from admirers. People loved men with power and all admirals got tons of letterseach week. It was tedious to go trhough them all, so he picked out a few and let his assistant take care of the rest. Sometimes they brought a few letters, amusement written in their face.

It was the case with this particular letter, which he'd read twice already, understanding why his assistant had been trying hard n tto laugh. The content was indeed unusual, he'd never seen anything like this. Countless time had he been asked out or been hinted to ask the sender out. This was a new way to ask for a date.

"Hmm." He mused, as he pondered what to answer to this application. Who called themselves i? And at such young age? A frown formed on his face, as his eyescontinued down the page. Was this a joke? Or ws it sincere? Maybe it was even a trap.

He called his assistant back. "Send reply to the sender. Thank them for their interest and I am flattered to have their attention, but I'm a busy man and I don't have much time to mess around with someone as young as them."

As soon as the assistant was gone, he returned to his work. Hopefully the young person wouldn't get to upset and would understand that what they could offer him, was't enough to peak his interest.
