At long last, I have finally UPDATED my mod to restore Maevaris Tilani's glorious curls! The new version no longer requires bundles or root edits, and comes in three flavors with an optional eyebrow retex!
If you didn't download the old version due to conflicts with other swap mods, you don't need to worry about that anymore. Just download whichever version you prefer and install like any regular mod!

RookFest Day 6: Lighthouse Tourney
If Magnus entered any tourney, it would be for pure fun.
Observing, discussing and learning new combat technics through the other competitors would be his main focus. Though, if he ever starts climbing the ranks, the higher he’d get, the more determined and interested he would become too.
He is powerful, both physically and magically, and skilled with 20 years of experience as a Spellblade for the Crows of Antiva. Winning could definitely be a possibility depending on whose he’s fighting. It will produce some spectacular and entertaining fights for sure.
To prepare for a fight like this, he’d mostly meditate and empty his mind. He already has his regular and usual sparing sessions to keep up as a Crow. Though, he would certainly focus more on his most powerful spells and arcane technics, just in case.
As a complementary illustration, here are Lucanis personal logbooks from their fight against the gods where Magnus regularly joined him to train.

Every hour seems accounted for, but it is difficult to know for certain. There was no day or night in the Ossuary. Now, at this Lighthouse, the sky offers little hint to the true time in the world.
Rook joined me in my training sessions. Sparring with a fellow Crow and a mage turned out to be very instructive ("fast as lightning" certainly took a more literal turn today). We should do it again.

Ugh, anyway... A year locked up and I had almost forgotten how deadly mageknives can be in capable hands. Rook certainly knows how to make them dance. Analysing and dissecting our training sessions together is really efficient. I like that.

When did this start? I drifted off. It was after I spoke to Harding. He can't have been here long. The candle was out, but not much lower than when I lit it. It may still be evening. Or he blew it out and it's been hours.
I'll ask Rook for an estimate of the time. And to apologize... again. He keeps telling me that I don’t need to but I owe him that much at the very least. The shame I feel can’t be measured. The Ossuary, Caterina, Weisshaupt... And now Illario wants me to stay away from the Crows. This chain of failures can’t be my legacy to house Dellamorte. Abuelita, what must you be thinking of me right now?

Bellara has ambitious plans for future meals at the Lighthouse, which she leaves to the two of us. I've been tasked with suggesting substitutions where ingredients are not available. Some of her own suggestions are rather inventive and would create a balanced flavor profile. Rook and Viago speak often on the art of masking certain tastes. Perhaps I should set up a meeting so they can all compare notes; perhaps enemies of House De Riva won't last much longer.
Nearing midnight:
- Reading
If I have lost an hour this night, it is only to Rook. But lost is wrong. It is an hour found. An hour more clear than any other.
The sound of his voice cleanses my mind like a blade and the quiet fire in his eyes just evaporates all my burdens in an instant.
During this time spent together, I felt whole again. Something that did not occur since the Ossuary and never with that magnitude. I just wish I could fully open up to him once and for all. Maybe whe... When this whole mess with Illario is finally taken care of.

Spite says he went nowhere and it has only been an hour or two. His measurement of time seems more accurate than the others here. So, to resume...
Late Evening:

We pushed ourselves harder than usual while training tonight. At some point, we both froze with our knives just inches away from our throats, Rook slightly leaning over me, out of breath. As time itself seemed to stop around us, locked in each other eyes, I surprised myself reaching out for him and pressing my lips against his. He responded by putting gently his hand on my neck and pulling me to him. All I remember after that is Rook smiling at me and whispering "I love you, my Talon." before kissing me back.
Our first kiss. This stolen moment now belongs to the two of us.
