I watched a video last night on Impact Theory with this guy David Bayer. He had a fantastic way of describing what being stuck was and how to break a loop when you are stuck.

Creating with Law of Attraction
SUMMARY
In Powerful Living, we explain that what we ordinarily called coincidence in our lives is actually co-creation. It’s this idea that we what we believe and what we think is actually communicated through this extraordinary system that we live in to other people and other things. We create the life that we think about. And the foundation for this is what’s called ‘Law of Attraction’. Many of you have probably seen the movie ‘The Secret’ or have heard about Law of Attraction. These ideas have been around for 100 years. Back in the early 1900s, Napoleon Hill wrote a book ‘Think and Grow Rich’ which was the foundation for some of these ideas, that what we think creates our reality.
I’ve talked to a lot of people who understand the concept but they don’t really believe it. They give me instances where they really believed in something or they really really wanted something and it never happened. I think the mistake most people make is that they’re not really aware of what they’re thinking.
Voice of the Ego
SUMMARY
In Powerful Living, we talk about this master framework that the most creative, inspired and powerful people live by, the person who live their dreams, and how we can use this framework and transform our lives and bring our dream into the world. And we talk about limiting beliefs and how to transform them into empowering beliefs and we talked about the stories we tell ourselves and creating empowering rather than limiting stories. We also talked about this voice in the head. The voice that tells us we can’t do things, that we’re not good enough, that criticizes other people, that takes us to the past and the future rather than being present for ourselves and other people in our lives. And all the opportunities that life gives us on a day to day basis. And that’s the voice of the ego. The ego is one of the most challenging aspects of ourselves to work with because it’s compiled an identity based on everything we know about ourselves throughout our entire lives and it sounds just like us. But it’s not, it’s not our authentic, powerful selves. So the biggest mistake we make is that we listen to this voice as if it’s us.
SO YOU’RE A PROBLEM SOLVER HUH?
SUMMARY
So many of us are problem solvers. We are really, really good at solving problems. The problem with being a great problem solver, is that you become an excellent problem finder. You begin to condition yourself to finding problems, and you begin to see them everywhere. It’s the same thing when you buy a new car. You never noticed it as much before, but now you see it everywhere. It’s not like everyone went out and bought the car you just bought. It’s simply that you started noticing. So why not notice something other than problems? Why not trade in that title that you’ve been so proud of (“I’m a really good problem solver”) for a brand new position as OPPORTUNITY FINDER. Imagine waking up every day looking for the opportunities. The opportunity to be mindful of what you’re thinking when waiting in a long line. The opportunity to take the pressure off the barista who makes you your wrong complicated drink by saying ‘no problem’ and happily waiting while they remake it (rather than giving them that ‘you made it wrong’ tone of voice.) The opportunity to create connection, compassion and understanding by seeing someone else’s side of that argument (at work or at home). The opportunity to see if the slow person in front of you needs any help. The opportunity to build your faith around that money or health issue that has been bothering you. What if you lived in a world of opportunities, rather than problems.
