JUSTIFIED 6X12 - Collateral (requested by @astronomical-light)
or Justified does HBO War...
I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Graham Yost was a fan of HBO War even before he was one of the executive producers for The Pacific...
David Vasquez: Dominant or Submissive?
Dom
Sub
No nuance, no third option (for now). We'll do a separate poll adding switch and vanilla into the mix, but for now you can only choose one 😈
Davidf1t Taking it slow or fast? You decide.
david vasquez is a blessing
I’ll probably be the only person who sees any parallels here, but I have to say that sometimes... sometimes I discover myself under the impression that there are certain vague similarities between the language and drama of some moments in the show and the language and drama within the works of one very well-known author (who is not Elmore Leonard). Like:
Boyd (1.13): There's more than one way to kill a man. You can kill his physical body, or you can kill his spirit within.
Or:
Raylan (3.1): I'm sorry. Did you see a creek out in the lobby? Some pretty green trees and cut-off mountains? Do you think we're in the "har"? I am a deputy U.S. Marshall, Boyd. (...) And you think I'm gonna hand a man over to you to be murdered like he is, what, some pig I borrowed from you? Make me think of the writing in some scenes like... Well, look how you play me — as if you knew exactly where to put your fingers, to blow the mystery out of me, playing all the octaves of my range — and yet you can't even produce music from this little instrument? My God, do you think I'm easier to manipulate than a pipe? You can push my buttons, but you can't play me for a fool. To quote David Vasquez (4.13): It's all very Shakespearean.
