LIMITS

I start something, then I don’t see any benefits or any reinforcements and then I give up.

Setting limits to myself, as I demand perfection and success instantly, I don’t ever do things for just doing them, I want something out of it. 

But happiness comes from work, from the journey, not the benefits or destination. At least that’s what I have read, and sometimes experienced at a molecular level.  

This post is to acknowledge this behaviour and to remind me that its all about the work, enjoy the work, enjoy the moment and don't limit yourself by giving up.

Day 108 It's been a while since I made one of these. This was yesterday. We went to the only lesbian museum. Possibly the only one in the world. Made me really happy to see this validation. Also I got my certificate for completing my training. Everyone was so so nice and accepting. I've never met a nicer more accepting group of people. ❤
