These two could be, they aren't, but they COULD be the same.

An almost omnipotent, unstoppable, invincible creation that gains consciousness and returns stronger than ever, searching for something.

Yes, I believe that it's still "alive" in the sun. If a frog can survive lava and a doll a cataclysm, this Behemot should survive the sun.

Ultron x Amazo

Ultrazo was Clcreated By Hank Palmer when his mental instability was just starting, and he was designed to be a villain the JLA wouldn't be able to beat, but Hank would build in a secret weakness he would exploit in oder to make himself seem more valuable. The only problem with that was Hank downloaded his brainwaves into the robot so now it could think, and it didn't want to die. So it defeated Hank and upgraded itself again and again eliminating the weakness Hank had put into it. Then, it went about achieving the objective Hank had given it. Destroy the JLA.

this is just one version of Ultrazo, depending on the version it looks more or less humanoid, but they all have the same power set: A genius level strategist (the mind of the scientist supreme that has access to the internet and whose brain runs at nigh light speed), and the ability to copy the abilities of any Meta it encounters
