Superman villains: Yeah we're all pretty neutral about each other, we team up, betray each other, it's all good. Except Luthor, we all hate him.
Brainiac: I like Luthor 🙂
Lex: Aww, Brainy, I like you too.
Superman villains: ugh, okay fine... brainiac likes Luthor. But we can all agree that EVERYONE here hates parasite
Brainaic: Oh yes, I hate him.
Lex: eww, don't even say his name, ugh.
Parasite: dead because I killed him because I hate him
I would argue that the KRYPTON TV Show gave us the best versions of these DC villains!

Top 5 Characters I Want to See in The New DCU
Ever since James Gunn revealed part one of the new DCU slate, there’s been an overall positive and enthusiastic response from many fans of DC Comics.
I myself am extremely excited to see other comic characters (besides Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman) finally getting the spotlight they deserve.
Which is why I’ve made my own list of Top 5 Character I Want to See in The New DCU. Note: I also did something similar like this to my The Batman 2 post if you want to check it out for reference.
5. Martian Manhunter
Other then the DCAU and Arrow-Verse, J’onn J’onzz aka Martian Manhunter hasn’t made a single appearance in any DC live action films.
Which is disappointing since Martian Manhunter is one of the seven Justice League members from the original comics. Since James Gunn is a big fan of this, I can definitely see him incorporating MM into the franchise.
Perhaps even introducing him in Superman: Legacy.
4. Black Canary
Despite appearing previously in Birds of Prey (2020), Black Canary has yet to be a main protagonist in any DC films. Considering how she’s associated with the Bat Family, I think she should appear in The Brave and The Bold.
Canary could also introduce Green Arrow as well.
3. Vandal Savage
If you’ve ever watched Justice League: Doom or the JL cartoon, you’ll definitely know who Vandal Savage is. Possibilities for this character as endless, ironic considering how he’s basically immortal.
In terms of where he could come in is up for speculation. Booster Gold maybe?
2. Brainiac
Apart from Lex Luthor and General Zod, Superman has a ton of other villains that haven’t been used. One of them is Brainiac. In most versions Brainiac is an AI alien supercomputer that shrinks and collects planets (sometimes even destroys them).
The concept alone is perfect for a main antagonist for a phase 1 end boss. Most likely Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow.
1. John Constantine
Not to be confused with the 2005 Keanu Reeves film version, John Constantine is an occult detective and a wisecracking alcoholic warlock from Great Britain.
I absolutely love the character! Right down to his deadpan snarky humour!
As to where he could make his first appearance, I’d say the Swamp Thing movie would be perfect for him. Considering that’s when he first appeared in the comics with Swamp Thing.

Headcanon: Croc, Ivy, Brainiac and Metallo have a band called the green beans, they sing and cover songs about being green, so most at the time they are playing "it aint easy being green" by kermit the frog. The band is really popular among the green lanterns corp and green arrow, martian manhunter, swamp thing and beast boy are also big fans

yeah so brainiac stannies dont come for me (hes probably ooc by most standards but hey, multiverses am i right?). i saw ur boy in SSKTJL and unfortunately hes voiced by jason isaac so he wormed his way into the au in record time. still playing with his story but im thinking maybe he came to earth more like a homeless roommate than a conqueror. hes been disconnected from the coluan intelligence network so although still a genius by earth standards, hes not some 4d chess playing bore. im thinking he'll be a nice parallel to superman (as blacklight is initially based in injustice verse) in that hes comes here with evil intent and winds up actually enjoying some parts of earth. at least enough to live there and not blow it up.

brainiac's go-kart
Brooo, the little floating go-kart Brainiac flies around in in the DCAU is so fucking cool, he's such a badass I love him so much i really wish i was him i wanna be Brainiac so bad I wanna fly around in a little go-kart and be smart and shrink cities to keep and jars and act all nonchalant while giggling to myself as I gain all knowledge in the known universe
