I think the thing about Owlman that I find the most interesting is the fact that he isn't an alternate Bruce, he's an alternate sibling to Bruce.

Idk, something about that is fascinating.

Owlman has/had a Bruce in his own universe.

So now Owlman meets this guy called Batman in an alternate universe and it turns out its an alternate version of his little brother Bruce?

"'Batman'? Really??" Owlman asks in disgust, older brother instinct overtaking him for a moment.

And Bruce, seized by the spirit of little brothers everywhere despite the fact he's an only child, snaps back immediately "'Owlman'? Really?"
