i understand why some ppl feel uncomfortable with them but i dont respect it. if you’re so concerned w how it/its pronouns make you feel, then do something about a world that dehumanizes mentally ill & traumatized people and maybe the reason most people use it/its pronouns wouldnt arise in the first place. i have difficulty understanding i am human and frankly a lot of things (like it/its pronouns and physical injuries) comfort me rather than disturb me. i don’t have a problem using it/its pronouns from other people because i see them as human and it’s just... made up words. idk those are my thoughts. *shrug emoji*

to me the support they've shown means more than them Confirming it (esp since Gerard has all but confirmed he's Not Cis). like when he gets up on stage and talks about how he loves and supports his trans fans, or that song Ray Toro released in honor of Leelah Alcorn? that's the stuff that makes me tear up bro, knowing my heroes love and support me is just as powerful as knowing they're Like Me, and they're already under such scrutiny i totally get why they wouldn't want to Come Out

ya my thoughts exactly like theyve been Outspoken since the beginning about their support for the lgbt community even when that wasnt exactly the most popular stance to take and like gerard has made it pretty clear that he Knows people speculate and thinks its nobodys business which i gotta respect especially when this is how he handles it
