Helping Children Grow Through Dealing with Emotions

Growing children deal with a surge of emotions every moment of every day. They have not dealt with most of the feelings that they have because they are still young. However, it's not a responsible thing to ignore these emotions. Letting them deal with emotions themselves can cause problems for them in the future if they don't know the proper technique. It's a good idea to teach them while they're young.

Here’s a not so organized thought i just needed to get out there:

I believe in this phenomenon where if something bad happens it’s because something good is coming your way and vice versa.

Just the universe’s way of keeping the balance, I say to myself, so I’m very rarely on the point of tears.

But now, just... alot has happened and I can’t find the justification of balance right now and I’m panicked and emotionally wrung out, and I know most people feel this more often and, dare I say, much worse than I do.

But let me just say, everyone saying it’s ok to look for help is right. No matter how petty it looks in your head, no matter how small the problem seems, look for a friend to talk to.

Talk about nothing, talk about everything, just have somebody to talk to, it’ll get better...

What also helps me, just sayin, is looking at the sky
