How long will they last? - If they can get together in the first place, I imagine that it would last a very long time. The two are close enough that they would never want to completely cut ties with one another, are patient enough to be able to push through most conflicts they would have with one another, but different enough that they would never truly get bored of one another. The only thing that would really keep them apart would be a possible shared hesitation to get their relationship started (being gay in the army was illegal in their time period, and even after Yates leaves, it could be seen as rather inappropriate for the two of them to start a relationship), and possible emotional baggage the two of them have after Yates left (namely Benton may still hold some resentment over Yates’ betrayal, and Yates has a lot of misplaced feelings of regret that would keep them apart). But if they can get past all that, I imagine they could have a great, healthy, mutually loving relationship.
How quickly did/will they fall in love? - I imagine that Yates would probably fall in love first, but be too embarrassed to admit it, followed shortly by Benton. However, I imagine that both of them would have fallen slowly in love after years of working together and relying on one another’s judgment.
How was their first kiss? - There is a chance that it could have happened by accident, but it likely happened in a place where no one else in UNIT could see. It definitely happened while both were in UNIT though. And lasted for longer than either party would have liked to admit at the time. I like to think that they both enjoyed it, but couldn’t really admit it. (Since I don’t presently have a Benton to RP with) It’s hard to say how Benton felt, but I imagine that the two of them were rather flustered and crushing HARD towards one another shortly afterwards. Yates is a good kisser, so Benton probably liked that, while Benton is a lot of what Yates wants in a man (Again, though he didn’t exactly know it at the time). Either way, they both liked it, but vowed to never mention it ever again, no matter how much either side would want to recreate the magic of that first kiss.
Who proposed? - Hard to say, really… I can’t decide who would get to the punch first… Benton probably… But in all honesty, I imagine that the two of them came to the conclusion of marrying together. Realistically, they would have only gotten married after it became legal in England as they are both lawful good characters who would want their marriage to be legally binding. However any other decision to have an informal wedding would probably have been mutual.
Who is the best man/men? - Ideally, the Brigadier and the Doctor.
Who is the braid’s maid(s)? - If either or both are unable to show, they would have either Liz, Jo, or Sarah Jane be there in their place.
Who did the most planning? - They probably would have planned together, with about equal effort put in, though I imagine that Yates would be a bit more particular about the details, thus doing a little more than Benton.
Who stressed the most? - Yates. He would worry about the details more, and just days before the wedding would start having doubts about everything. Benton would ground him though.
How fancy was the ceremony? - Back of a pickup truck | 2 | 3 | 4 | Normal Church Wedding | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | Kate and William wish they were this big.
Who was specifically not invited to the wedding? -The Master and General Finch. The Master especially.
Who is on top? - It would switch, but mostly would be up to Benton to decide.
Who is the one to instigate things? - Both would probably instigate, depending on the situation, but I also see Yates instigating more often.
How healthy is their sex life? - Very.Barely touch themselves let alone each other | 2 | 3 | 4 | Once a couple weeks, nothing overboard | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | They are humping each other on the couch right now

How long do they normally last? - Depends. Also, my muse won’t tell me and I don’t want to know so… Uh… “Long enough.”
Do they make sure each person gets an equal amount of orgasms? - For the most part… But Yates sure does like to keep his little Sargent happy, so he’d be more than happy to give him a favor without anything in exchange. :)

Also, the wall’s so weak it could collapse the next time they do it. (It would depend, tbh.)

How many children will they have naturally? - Uh… None as they are both dudes, barring really weird things or an AU.
How many children will they adopt? - It would depend mostly on Benton. Yates is hesistant over the thought of children at all. He wouldn’t want to mess them up. (Though trust me, he would be very very happy to have them, and would be a very loving father.)
Who gets stuck with the most diapers? - Benton. But I also like to imagine that Yates is better at changing them.
Who is the stricter parent? - Both have their moments, but Yates is more by the book, and therefore stricter.
Who stops the kid(s) from doing dangerous stunts after school? - Yates is home more often, but Benton is better at stopping them. In the end, it manages to balance out to about equal.
Who remembers to pack the lunch(es)? - Yates is the one who actually packs the lunches, but Benton actually remembers to do it more often.
Who is the more loved parent? - Benton. The kids could easily see Yates as being a little distant with them, and he is the stricter one. Benton is more likely to be the big goof who crushes the kids in a loving bear hug.
Who is more likely to attend the PTA meetings? - Yates. Basically, in this entire situation I imagine Yates to be primarily a stay-at-home dad, while Benton works. So when it comes to this kind of stuff, he would do it while Benton is at work.
Who cried the most at graduation? - I don’t imagine either of them crying, really. Maybe Yates got a little more emotional, but Benton would have been more likely to cry… I dunno.
Who is more likely to bail the child(ren) out of trouble with the law? - Yates. I mean, both obviously would, but Yates would be far more aggressive about it, and has more leverage in that kind of stuff. If the kids are generally innocent in this law trouble, Yates will go out of his way to punish those responsible. If his kids are guilty, he will still bail them out, but heavily scold them afterwards. Also… Strangely enough, while I imagine Yates to be the stricter parent, I also imagine him to be the more forgiving one. (I mean, who is he to criticize when he tried to destroy the world?)
Who does the most cooking? - They share, but I imagine that Benton is the better cook, so Yates tries to get him to cook more.
Who is the most picky in their food choice? - Yates, but then again, as the both of them have had to live off of army rations before, neither are really that picky.
Who does the grocery shopping? - Again, they probably share the responsibility, but Benton, as he cooks a little more, buys them a little more often than Yates does.
How often do they bake desserts? - On occasion. Though I do see them as the type to keep a tub of ice cream around for when either of them get a sweet tooth.
Are they more of a meat lover or a salad eater? - Uh… I actually kinda see Benton being more of a meat lover, and Yates being more of a salad eater. They find a happy middle ground.
Who is more likely to surprise the other(s) with an anniversary dinner? - Well, I imagine that Yates remembers the date better, and since he does cook a little less, if either side is to be surprised, it would be Yates surprising Benton. But more likely, they would cook something really good together.
Who is more likely to suggest going out? -Yates. In general he just has richer tastes than Benton so would suggest going out more.
Who is more likely to burn the house down accidentally while cooking? -Yates, but to be honest, neither side would really be dumb enough to let it happen.
Who cleans the room? - Both.
Who is really against chores? - Neither. But if one was to complain about chores at all, it would be more likely to be Yates.
Who cleans up after the pets? - Both, but Benton is a little more vigilant about it.
Who is more likely to sweep everything under the rug? - Yates. Naughty, naughty him.
Who stresses the most when guests are coming over? - Yates. Unlike Benton, he cares waaaaaay more about appearances.
Who found a dollar between the couch cushions while cleaning? - Both? Either way, Yates ends up with it in the end. Here’s what would happen: Benton would find the dollar, and tell Yates about it. Yates would then immediately snatch it from him with some sassy remark. If Yates finds it, he looks around to see if Benton saw him find it, and then pockets it when the coast is clear.
Who takes the longer showers/baths? - Yates. Easily. Yates is just more vain than Benton.
Who takes the dog out for a walk? - Both would switch off on doing the duty, but Yates would do it more often. He’s likes the walks more, is more willing to do it, likes to take the dog out and into nature so that they could just be alone, and is more friendly when it comes to talking to the neighbors when out on said walk. TBH, while kids may love Benton more, any pets they would have would love Yates best.
How often do they decorate the room/house for the holidays? - Always. Yates would want to decorate the house for every holiday, where Benton would want to be more practical about it, and not want to bother with greeting card holidays. Despite Benton’s protests, the house would always end up being mysteriously decorated when he gets home.
What are their goals for the relationship? - I don’t exactly know if they would have any goals… Maybe short-term goals, and some personal goals that they want to fulfill together, but I honestly can’t think of any other than, ‘be happy together’ or, ‘live.’ To be honest, once they are together, and after they are both done with everything in UNIT, I don’t see them as needing anything else… Maybe they would want to do some humanitarian and environmental do-goodings, but other than that, not a lot.
Who is most likely to sleep till noon? - Depends on the situation, but I would say Benton, if only because Yates, both at UNIT and in normal life would give Benton night duty, while he gets a good 8 hours at a reasonable time.
Who plays the most pranks? - They both do pranks… But I can see Benton doing more pranks, while Yates does bigger pranks. It’s a quantity vs quality thing, and while there are a lot more small things that Benton can do, Yates is better at organizing more intricate pranks that involve more people helping out.
