I have a four day weekend so I want to be productive, but my period is two days late. Im pretty immobile during the first 2 days of my period.
My macros have been great (deficit, low carb, and IF) so I'm wondering if that's affecting my hormones. Plus the stress of my personal life.
That being said, I got a long term position at a school I really love. It's a bit far but it helps me hit my 5 miles a day minimum.
I love the principals and staff there. I love the kids. And there's a small potential I might be able to stay on after the position ends (January 21) either with that class or just as a school floater.
I hope they consider giving me a full on teaching spot for next year.
👩🏻🏫📚staying afloat with my masters degree and not flunk out of any courses. Get my degree.
🏋🏻♀️Continue to work on my fitness, athleticism, and fat composition. Take care of my overall health.
🧠Work on my mental health struggles. Find an in network provider who's rated highly. (This has been so hard, almost all therapists in network have less than a 2 star rating.)
🏡🐶Move out of my brother's home into my own place.
I want it to have two bedrooms two bathrooms minimum. (I haven't had a bathroom to call "mine" in over ten years, and that didn't last long either.) And one for guests.
