I have a head canon where if this fucking pandemic never happened V and kevin would have definitely asked Mickey to plan their wedding.

With this mans organization and Budget planning who could say no.

Substitute that scene about the laundring the weed money and replace it with that storyline.

“Shit we don’t know how to have plan a wedding and We can’t afford a wedding planner!” And Mickey is like “k whats y’all budget I know some gay guys who can get you guys fresh flowers but since your minority I can get him to budge. Also I ain’t doing this for free.”

Ian gets ptsd from their wedding and is terrified when he sees the wedding magazine. But he gets all soft when he finds out. And Mick will brush it off and be like “blah blah i do this for the money.”

And we get a montage of Mickey and V (plus her mom and the twins) dress shopping. Sandy will also be mickeys assistance.

Then a montage of Mickey threatening people when they get shit wrong.( aka 🪑)

Then a montage of kev being silly while picking out a suit with all the Gallagher boys. And Mickey is just like 😒.

Then the wedding happens and Mickey gets super emotional because even though he loved his and Ians wedding his dad ruined it.

but Ian reassures him he is the best wedding planner in the whole of Chicago.

And then people may or might not love his work so much he plans a few weddings in the future.

Okay Please say I am not the only one which throughout Shameless felt ABSOLUTELY ROBBED of holiday episodes. Imagine Christmas and everything is cute and domestic and getting each other gifts that can last through the seasons. Valentines day grand gestures or horrible break ups. Halloween spooky shit going down. We only had like 1?!? thanksgiving episode that was fantastic(traumatized for sure but still) new years something great or terrible happening.
