I've put together a cinematic character trailer for my upcoming participation in Decayed & Decrepit, a new Minecraft RP Lore series starting on Saturday, February 7th, 2026 at 1pm EST! Everything is improv and none of it is scripted... all we know is that we'll be in a zombie apocalypse world uncovering secrets in a city...

There's going to be lore, heartbreak, adventure, horror, angst, and a LOT of surprising revelations you do NOT want to miss! You can watch it LIVE on YouTube & Twitch... or you'll be able to watch my VOD on YouTube as well!

I won't spoil anything, but Jawhn Unleashed will be such a fun character to play! I've told some friends about my plans, and all you need to know is... morally grey is my favorite kind of character. ;)

(the reason i put more than one smp at the tags is bc the fic is gonna have more characters than just Flux and Saps ofc, and just the state smp ones probably arent gonna be enough for what i'm planning to do :P)

I really wish more people talked about it, especially in state smp 2.5 because as we’ve seen he does a damn good job portraying a character at the end of their tether. As much as I adore fluxarata, and I can acknowledge how important fluixon was in 2.5!saps’ story I just wish more people talked about him without mentioning fluixon.

specifically thinking about DaD + 2.5 here but the effects isolation and ostracisation have on his character are super interesting. in 2.5 we see him pushed to suicide before he decides that if he’s going down he’ll take fluixon down with him, he is pushed to self destruction (not sure if you’re familiar with the life series but if so he reminds me a lot of dl!pearl). saps is labelled a monster and outcast from the community. as important as the tower scene is for his character it’s also important to think about what happened inbetween and how horrible his mental state must’ve been.

in DaD we see his character handling the stress differently at first, probably because it’s a different kind of stress. 2.5 he suffered with the stress of being hunted down and hated by the entire world but here he is struggling with too many people relying on him but at the same time not really caring about him as a person. but eventually we see him snap and it is so interesting to me how his characters tend to slowly bend under pressure, and the trigger for their snap doesn’t even have to be as bad as the abuse they endured previously, it’s just that one trigger that sends it all spiralling.

I also appreciate the suicidal ideation representation that his characters, and how the thoughts + ideation isn’t something that’s immediately addressed and recovered from, but rather they continue to plague his characters. I hope this made sense haha
