If I ever have kids some day, I hope they aren’t picky eaters. I was an extremely picky eater as a kid but I am thankful that I am not a picky eater as an adult as I would miss out on so many culinary adventures. I came across this book at my local Goodwill purchased for $1! This is a great book for children and adults who are very picky and do not like vegetables. With every day foods, you can add fruit and vegetable purée to make sure that your family gets their daily servings of fruits and vegetables.
