My only complain so far with the series is that I wished Dech and Rati had more interactions outside of the class or not directly linked to his father's bad behavior. I really think like Dech would like to become closer to Rati. He is such a nice person. They could become friends.

Dech talking about himself like “I know I am kinda stupid and tbh I’m okay with that, I just wish my dad would be too.” Is so real. Like you don’t have to be booksmart and sharp as a knife to succeed and be happy, and Dech shows that by basically doing whatever he wants (within reason) with no fucks given about the consequences.

I loved seeing him be so vulnerable with Mek on this. We’ve come a long way from “why do you do muay?” “None of your business.”

This episode made me really love Dech’s character and his pursuit of happiness. And also, personally, I have a soft spot for a character that’s a little bit of an idiot about things.
