so honest we all ALL wasted our 11 it was such a bad year to experience but anywayss to answer your question I don't really decorate my notes? but this is what I use for the headings

this camalin brushpen set and these tomboy ones and mine look smth like this:

moreover you can use coloured pens for subtitles and maybe coloured stickey notes for extra info they look really good tbh also since I lack in the note-making area I'll strongly suggest you to visit @myhoneststudyblr blog. she have the BEST NOTES I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFE also maybe she could give you better tips ;-;
